2. Where are the training sessions held?

All sessions take place at Sky Spirit Fitness Lounge & Bodyworks in St. Julian’s, Malta, or online.

3. Do I need previous fitness experience to start?

No experience is required. Programs are fully personalized to your current fitness level, goals, and abilities.

4. What types of training do you offer?

Services include personal training, pre-natal fitness, post-natal recovery training, TRX training, functional training, and small group sessions.

5. Is pre-natal training safe during pregnancy?

Yes. Pre-natal sessions are carefully designed to be safe and supportive, focusing on posture, strength, breathing, and preparation for childbirth, and are adapted to each trimester.

6. When can I start post-natal training after giving birth?

Post-natal training typically begins after medical clearance from your doctor or midwife and focuses on core recovery, stability, and gradual strength rebuilding.

7. What is TRX training and is it suitable for beginners?

TRX is suspension-based training that uses body weight to improve strength, balance, and core stability. It is fully adjustable and suitable for all fitness levels.

8. Are the programs personalized to my goals?

Yes. Every session is tailored to your individual goals, lifestyle, fitness level, and any physical considerations.

9. Do you offer small group training?

Yes. Small group sessions provide a motivating, supportive environment while still offering structured programming and personal attention.
